- TITLE: U.S. Government seeks to lease office and related space in Region 03/Vineland, New Jersey vicinity SOLICITATION NO: 16-Reg03 NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X - Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531120 -- Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) SYNOPOSIS: U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: New Jersey City: Vineland Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of Route 55 and W. Garden Rd, head East on W. Garden Rd to South on N West Blvd, to East on E Chestnut Ave, to Southwest on S Lincoln Ave, to West on E Sherman Ave, continuing West as the road name changes to W Sherman Ave, to North on Route 55, and back to the beginning with W. Garden Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 996 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,046 Space Type: Office and related Term: 10 YR/5 YR Firm Agency Specific Requirement: (including GOV parking) One (1) reserved parking space for GOV HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg03. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period," which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg03 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
