Description

This is a Presolicitation Notice. Questions should be submitted by email to eric.winger@va.gov. SPECIFIED REQUIREMENT: Network Contracting Office 10, Marion, IN is soliciting for a contractor to supply the following for the ILLIANA VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER IN DANVILLE, IL: 1. General Description: VA Illiana Healthcare System (VAIHCS) has a requirement for radiopharmaceuticals for the nuclear medicine department. Radiopharmaceutical preparations of doses, tagging of blood, testing performed at contractor facility provided by a board-certified radiopharmacist and delivered to the Nuclear Medicine Department at Illiana VA Health Care System at 1900 E. Main St. Danville, IL 61832. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm central time. Contractor shall provide emergency deliveries as requested by the VA Nuclear Medicine Department. Personnel assigned by the contractor to perform services covered by this contract shall be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. Because of the critical need of these supplies in a timely manner, only vendors able to meet the 2 hour delivery time the Illiana VA Medical Center outlined in paragraph 6 need to respond to this RFQ. 2. Period of Performance: 1 July 2016 - 30 June 2017. 3. NAICS: 325412 4. Basis for award: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) contractor that conforms to all solicitation requirements. Award without discussions is contemplated and all quoters are encouraged to submit their best price with their initial submission. All quotes shall be submitted electronically (email) only (limit 5MB per email). QUOTES RECEIVED VIA MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 5. The evaluation of this solicitation and resulting contract will be conducted under FAR Part 13 procedures.
