- See attached Standard Form 30, Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract The purpose of this amendment is to: A) Remove the Minute Man Visitor Center form the required list of buildings and add it as Option 1. As a result of adding Option 1 (See Attachment 0001A to this amendment for a complete copy of SOW Rev. 01 dated 07/05/2016): 1) The SOW Section I is changed to delineate which buildings represent the base requirements and/or Option 1 requirement. 2) The SOW Section II, Task is changed to add Option 1. 3) The tables identifying the equipment descriptions and quantities required per location in the SOW have been changed from those descriptions previously published in the base combined synopsis / solicitation SOW. 4) Line Item 00020, Option 1, is added. 5) The following clause is added: 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options. B) Answer the following questions received from interested vendors: Q1) What are the account numbers for the locations listed in P16PS01847? A1) The account numbers for each location are now added to SOW Section III. Q2) In the Bid documents there are a list of recommended fixtures, DO we have an excel version of this file? A2) No. The only listing to be provided is as found in SOW Rev 1. Be advised that pursuant to A3 listed above, the tables in the original SOW have changed. Q3) Was this a 3rd party that performed an energy study on site? A3) Original survey was completed in 2011. A partial survey was completed in both 2014 and 2015. Any further information from those surveys will not be provided. Q4) Could you provide a map/overview of the buildings here? A fire escape plan would suffice as well. A4) Maps / overviews / fire escape plans will not be provided. Addresses are listed in Section III of the SOW. To arrange a pre-quote site visit In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.237-1, Site Visit, contact John Finnegan at (978) 318-7823 or john_finnegan@nps.gov. C) There is no change to the applicable U.S. Dept. of Labor Service Contract Act Wage Determination. D) As a result of this amendment, there is no change to the Quote due date and time. E) Acknowledge this amendment in accordance with Block 11 of the applicable Standard Form 30, Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract..
