This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. All communications concerning this requirement, to include responses to submitted questions, will be posted through the FedBizOpps website and to all vendors simultaneously. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor this website for updates and changes to this solicitation. This posting is in reference to W912HZ-15-I-0002 (Risk Management Framework) The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal W912HZ-16-R-0013 for Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessments services which fall under Computer Systems Design Services for the U.S. Army Engineer Research & Development Center (ERDC), Information Technology Laboratory (ITL), Security Control Assessor-Validator (SCA-V). This requirement will be awarded on a competitive basis among eligible Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) companies. Solicitation Number W912HZ-16-R-0013 will be issued with the intent to award as a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) using negotiated procedures. The awarded contract will consist of a 5 year ordering period. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about 26 May 2016. Detailed specifications will be available on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
