- Software upgrade for transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound simulator Special Notice to Award; Software Upgrade for transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound simulator Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W91YU0-16-T-0159 to Medaphor North America INC., in the amount of $41,950.00, for use at Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that can provide the stated supplies/equipment can submit the supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
