- Solicitation LCLST16Q0021 The Technology Policy Directorate of the Library of Congress seeks expert consultation on the current state of the art and future developments in imaging science, digitization standards and best practices related to cultural heritage imaging. The consultative advice must be aligned with ongoing standards developments in the national and international communities, including the International Standards Organization (ISO) and other standards bodies and international organizations, with special attention to the work underway within ISO IT10/TC42. The purpose of this contract is to provide an expert consultant to serve as the Library's technical consultant to the Federal Agencies Digitization Guideline Initiative (FADGI) Still Digital Imaging Workgroup, provide technical assistance and consultation in support of the Library's digitization program, and provide digitization training to the digitization program at the Library of Congress.
