- P = Presolicitation Notice Adderlink Infinity System Manager device, License Key, Extended Transmitter, and Extender Receiver *PROCUREMENT TYPE In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis to Adder Corporation 345 Willis Ave Camarillo, CA 93010 through authorized distributors a Adderlink Infinity System consisting of; Manager device QTY 1 EA, License Key 1 EA, Extended Transmitter20 EA, and Extender Receiver 20 Ea. This is sole sourced to Adder Corporation because the system needs to include Dual Link DVI (or 2 single link DVI) support, built in encryption, USB and virtual media support, user management, full KVM matrix support, and support for both fibre and copper networking with generic switcher support. If you are an authorized distributor please provide proof of this authorization. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0264 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
