- Bldgs. 105 &139 AC Upgrades Update AC in BLDGS 105 & 139 - Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan, is requesting proposals from Small Business concerns for the award of a contract for installation of AC condensing units and associated equipment. The Scope of work is as follows: The contractor shall provide and install AC condensing units and associated equipment at Bldgs. 105 and 139. This is to include but not limited to combustion air intakes, vents, hanging materials, and thermostats. Contractor is responsible for all remaining work effort in order to provide an acceptable final product that meets the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings.
