- U.S. Special Operations Command: It is the Government's intent to enter into sole source contracts for software and labor sustainment with Permuta Technologies, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company, IAW FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(ii) for their brand name commercial proprietary software, DefenseReady. All contracts awarded by the Headquarters USSOCOM will include sole source awards for the Headquarters, Component Commands and if required, Theater Special Operation Commands IAW FAR 19.1406.
