- Statement of Work Price Schedule Attachment 2 - Clauses and Provisions Wage Determination The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region has a requirement for aerial photography for documentation of airborne GPS and Aero-Triangulation for San Luis Reservoir. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number R16PS01381 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. (iv) This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541922 with an associated small business size standard of $7.5M. (v) The contract line items (CLINS) are listed as follows: See attachment 4 (return with quote) Proposed price shall include all applicable fees and taxes. (vi) For description of requirements see attachment 1, Statement of Work. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision are attached. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is incorporated in full text. See attachment 2 "Clauses and Provisions". (x) Quotes or Offers shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda are attached. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addenda are attached. (xiii) Additional contract requirement(s) are attached. See Attachment No. 2 for applicable clause and provisions. (xiv) Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this procurement. (xv) Quotes/Offers are due on July 14, 2016 at 1:00p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
