Description

The Intent of this project is to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace the interior double door, associated frame and power assist door operators connecting E-Wing to the C-Wing Corridor at Tripler Army Medical Center. Additionally, the Contractor shall replace the two stairwell roof doors and associated frames leading to the roof on each end of the facility (See enclosed site photographs of the doors). All doors shall be considered "Extra Heavy Duty Doors: ANSI A250.8, Level 3" IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a Total 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. In addition, bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
