- Sources Sought 8(a) Concerns / Certified Small Business JSP Amazon Cloud Services NAICS Code 541519 THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : This sources sought is a market research tool being used to determine potential sources that are capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP).The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought. Task Details - The Contractor shall: (a) Administer and maintain JSP cloud-hosted sites in JSP-approved Cloud Hosting Environment. (b) Provide cyber security engineering, analytical, and programmatic support for enterprise wide cloud computing initiatives. (c) Analyze the current state information architecture and content and make recommendations for change to make it more secure and to improve operations. (d) Provide operational and computer network defense support of the cloud sites. (e) Provide security architecture, cloud technologies, server, network and storage systems as well as systems integration and automation. (f) Provide operational and maintenance support for the JSP cloud services to include administrative functions, database maintenance, monitor and provide technical support to other engineering teams. (g) Support coordination of written and verbal communication with end-users, system owners, and developers as well as managers, and systems engineers. Support includes draft development of DoD policies, guidance memorandums, and technical and risk assessments of Cloud Computing. (h) Report activities related to this task in the Monthly Progress Report. Task(s) to be performed by 5 FTEs / CMEs on a full-time basis within the National Capitol Region including the Pentagon Reservation. No travel ODCs are necessary. The period of performance will be determined at a later date and prior to posting of a Request for Proposal or other pre-award solicitation.
