Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs; Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), Columbus, Ohio (VISN 10) intends to solicit for Radiology Reading Services. The purpose of this contract is to provide Radiology Reading services to refer and authorized Veterans entitled to VA medical benefits as provided in the jurisdiction of the VAACC-Columbus. These services are to be provided to authorize Veterans who are referred by the Department of Veterans Affairs. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price Contract, and the contract period will be for a base twelve (12) month period with four (4) one (1) year renewable option periods to be exercised at the option of the government. The electronic solicitation shall be released on or about July 8, 2016 and may be downloaded from the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number is VA250-16-R-0043. The procurement is for full and open competition, with no set-aside. VA intends to make a single award as a result from this solicitation.
