Description

This Amendment #0004, dated 7/6/2016, is hereby issued to authorize the following changes: 1) Lease Term is changed back to 10 Years, 5 Firm 2) The Termination Clause remains the same as: Termination Right after 5 Years. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease document, after completion of Year 5 of the lease term, the Government may terminate this lease, in whole or in part, at any time by giving ninety (90) days, written notice to the lessor, for any reason, or no reason whatsoever. The effective date of such termination shall be the first calendar day occurring after such ninety (90) days. If this contract is terminated, the Government shall be liable only for rent payments due and owing to the Lessor prior to, but not including the effective date of termination, and any unpaid tenant improvement costs identified in the lease. 3) Clause 1.06 Renewal Rights (Sep 2013) is re-instated back into the requirement 4) Incorporated Clause 3.14 Fire Protection (Sep 2013) 5) The proposal due date is changed to August 5, 2016
