- Description
- Limited Sources Justification for RRTO Bridge The Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate entered into a task order with SRA International, Inc. on a limited sources basis against its GSA MOBIS Schedule to provide the Rapid Reaction Technology Office (RRTO) with analytical, technical and administrative support. The goal and focus of RRTO is on producing risk-reducing prototypes designed to address Combatant Command (COCOM) threats and/or prototypes and demonstrations coordinated through interagency and Service partnerships. The contractor shall provide personnel with expertise in both development and coordination of concepts and requirements, and application of current and emerging technologies as they apply to DOD's RRTO, to include technical, analytical, administrative, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support. It shall provide programmatic assistance and support to the government from system concept definition through technology transfer activities. It shall review and coordinate concepts and requirements for the application of current and emerging technologies. The contractor shall provide program support to RRTO and the various divisions within RRTO through the leadership of its duly appointed project manager. The contractor shall provide sufficient expertise to assist the Director in making decisions regarding system acquisition, systems engineering, and program support. This requirement will bridge services for the current RRTO support until a new competition is completed. Limited Sources Justification is attached.
