- Amendment to extend closing date/time to 11 Jul 16 at 4:30 pm. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB-16-T-0410. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 541810 and small business size standard is $15,000,000.00. This is a firm fixed price requirement for non-personal services for Multi-Media Advertising Services. CLIN Item Qty Unit of measure 0001 Advertising Support 1 Job The Recruiting and Retention Battalion of the Michigan Army National Guard requires comprehensive advertising support across multiple media platforms. See the attached Performance Work Statement. The period of Performance is seven months from the date of award. Inspection and acceptance will be at Michigan National Guard, 3423 N. Martin Luther King Blvd., Lansing, Michigan. Offers are due at 4:30 pm, ET on July 11, 2016. Email quotes to amanda.e.geissler.civ@mail.mil. Questions are due by 4:30 pm, ET, July 1, 2016, and must be submitted via email. Questions will not be answered via telephone. Answers to questions have been posted with an SF30. Offerors are required to sign and return the SF30 to acknowledge the Answers to Questions.
