- Statement of Work Force Protection Training Solicitation number: W912K6-16-Q-0060 Posted: 07/05/2016 Original Response Day: July 22, 2016 08:00 AM EST Set Aside: Set Aside for Small Business Classification code: U - Education and Training Services NAICS Code: 611 - Educational Services/611430 - Professional and Management Development Training Subject: The scope of this project is for procurement Force Protection Training for the Special Operations Detachment (SOD) of Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG). Purpose: Maryland Army National Guard proposes to enter into a Firm-fixed Price contract for Force Protection Training for the MDARNG SOD. Synopsis: "PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED." This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912K6-16-Q-00XX is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The results of this requirement will be a Firm-Fixes priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the government to do so. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item Fixed Price purchase order under procedures on FAR Parts 12 and 13. Offer/Bid must be valid for 30 days or longer. FAR Provisions and Clauses applicable to this acquisition can be obtained from the following website, http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The contractor shall provide a complete quote IAW the attached scope of work (SOW). Contract Type and Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer results in the lowest total price for the purchase. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611430 Professional and Management Development training. The small business size standard is $11.0 Million Dollars, and will be a competed action, 100% small business set-aside. Place of Performance/Destination: See Scope of Work Attached Period of Performance: Four (4) Days lead time after award of contract. (See Scope of Work for periods of performance) Acceptance Criteria: All training will be documented and a list of attendance to all training provided will forward to Contracting Officer.
