Description
The New Mexico Army National Guard (NMARNG) has a requirement for bus advertisements over a 12 month period in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to start no later than September 15, 2016. Advertisements shall consist of NMARNG recruiting items approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Contractor shall design, produce, maintain, and display three (3) 60' bus advertisements and ten (10) 68.75" x 48" bus shelter advertisements. This acquisition shall be sole sourced to Lamar Transit Advertising in accordance with approved sole source justification. Lamar Transit Advertising currently holds a contract with Albuquerque, New Mexico for bus advertisements and is the only vendor allowed to receive payments on behalf of Albuquerque. A firm fixed priced contract shall be awarded to Lamar Transit Advertising in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and there is no solicitation available at this time. However if there are any prospective contractors interested and believe they can fulfill the requirement described above, they can submit a capability statement in regards to this posting showing that they can complete bus advertisements in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Capability statements shall be emailed to Purchasing Agent, SPC Julian Austring at julian.k.austring.mil@mail.mil before the closing of this notice. The capability statement shall include: Contractor Name, Point of Contact, contact information, a brief description of the company, documentation that the vendor can advertise on buses in Las Cruces and Santa Fe, NM, documentation that they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (SAM.gov), and that they can invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil). Any responses received will be thoroughly reviewed, and if the business capabilities are found to be legitimate and valid to the requirement, the sole source set-aside will be re-evaluated by the Army National Guard for a different solicitation method.
