- Description
- Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic sole source to Barry Controls Aerospace, Cage 136361, Part number: 95676-2, which will include one NSN: 5342-01-400-0401, Mount, Resilient, Weapon System. This item is solicited as Unrestricted. This item is a Critical Application Item and Source Control. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This item is not a commercial item. This item is a stock item. Requested delivery is 80 Days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) options year period. The estimated annual quantity is 110 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 28 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 163 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 28 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 110 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be July 22, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
