- SOLICITATION N66604-16-R-2602 WITH ALL ATTACHMENTS. This is a solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The pre-solicitation notice has been waived per FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.202(a)(13). Request for Proposal (RFP) number is N66604-16-R-2602. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 541330, and Size standard is $15,000,000. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase services for the Acoustic Augmentation Support program, see the Statement of Work (SOW) in clause C11 of the solicitation for more details. The period of performance is 01 August 2016 - 30 September 2016. The location of performance is the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) in Newport, RI, and the contractor's site. Required travel and frequency for this requirement is as listed below: Travel for requirement Travel for 2 months Frequency Groton, CT Five Day 2 Bangor, ME Six day 1 AUTEC, Bahamas Five Day 1 Pearl Harbor, HI Ten day 2 Delivery is FOB Destination. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: none. Offers should include price and delivery terms. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of DO-C9 applies. Offers must be or e-mailed directly to Rosemary.Beckmann@navy.mil.
