DPW - Work Order Summary Data TMP 12 Month Manhour-Repair Hours-GFE Data DOL - QBOSS Historical Workload Data QBOSS 2.0 Historical Workload Data - Consolidated Posted 7 JULY 2016: Draft Workload Data documents provide historical workload for the Q-BOSS program to assist offerors in understanding the scope of the Q-BOSS requirement. The Government's anticipated needs for the Q-BOSS 2.0 contract are not expected to differ significantly from the historical workload, where available. DPW - Work Order Summary; SEP 2014 - APR 2016.pdf ---------------------Break----------------------- POSTED 6 JUL 2016 Draft documents are being posted for the Q-BOSS 2.0 requirement to solicit vendor feedback and questions. The Government will continue to accept feedback and questions pertaining to the draft documents and the Q-BOSS 2.0 requirement through July 29, 2016, with the anticipation of posting answers the following week. All questions that are received at the Q-BOSS 2.0 Site Visit, July 13 - 14, 2016, will also be compiled and posted, along with the answers to those questions. Please submit any Q-BOSS 2.0 feedback and/or questions to Michelle Talbot at michelle.m.talbot2.civ@mail.mil and Katie Keller at katherine.j.keller2.civ@mail.mil through July 29, 2016. Please include your company's name in the subject line and include the statement "Q-BOSS 2.0 Feedback and Questions." The Government will not respond to individual, offeror emails. All feedback and questions will be compiled, and all responses or answers the Government can provide will be posted to FBO in the August 2016 timeframe. The Government will be posting additional draft documents and revising the draft documents currently posted over the course of the review and question/answer period, ending July 29, 2016. Document revisions will be made in red to clearly identify all changes to the draft documents. Each document revision will be dated and renamed with the subsequent version number (ex. V1, V2, V3...) in order to maintain version control. Draft documents posted today are: 1. Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), version 1, dated 29 JUN 2016 2. Draft Price Matrix, version 1, dated 1 JUL 2016 3. Draft Government Furnished Property (GFP) List, version 1, dated 5 JUL 2016 4. Draft Real Property & Density List, version 1, dated 5 JUL 2016 It is anticipated that the Q-BOSS workload data will be posted this week. ---------------Break-------------------------------------- It is the Government's intent to post draft solicitation documents no later than COB July 6, 2016, to obtain Industry feedback. The Government will continue to accept questions in regards to these draft documents and the Q-BOSS 2.0 requirement up until COB July 29, 2016, with the anticipation of posting answers the following week. All questions that are received at the Q-BOSS 2.0 Site Visit, July 13 - 14, 2016, will also be compiled and posted. ------------------ Break --------- Posted June 15, 2016 ------ The Q-BOSS 2.0 site visit will be held in Qatar on July 13 - 14, 2016. The maximum number of representatives from each interested organization attending the site visit is two. For security reasons, during the site visit all transportation within and between installations located in the State of Qatar will be provided by the Government; no exceptions are allowed to this requirement. All parties are responsible for transportation to and from the country of Qatar, entry into Qatar (securing visa), transportation to and from the airport and their choice of lodging, and transportation to and from the site visit meeting point at Camp As Sayliyah. Lodging is at the discretion and choice of each party. Interested parties must submit the attached Intent to Attend Q-BOSS 2.0 Site Visit Form and required supporting documentation discussed below, to Michelle Talbot at michelle.m.talbot2.civ@mail.mil and Katie Keller at Katherine.j.keller2.civ@mail.mil, no later than July 1, 2016. Please reference Q-BOSS 2.0 Site Visit in the subject of your e-mail. E-mails must be encrypted to protect the Personally Identifiable Information. Information submitted on the Intent to Attend Q-BOSS 2.0 Site Visit Form will be used to be process an Army Law Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System (ALERTS) check. Attendees will be required to present one form of Government-issued identification (i.e. U.S. Driver's license) AND a valid U.S. Passport in order to be granted access to the installation. Please provide copies of both forms of identification with the completed Intent to Attend Q-BOSS Site Visit Form. Although you may bring your Common Access Card (CAC) to the Site Visit, it shall NOT be photocopied and used as a form of identification/supporting documentation required with the Site Visit form. Access to the secure U.S. Government facilities is restricted to individuals with favorable background checks. There are additional requirements for gaining installation access for individuals who are not American Nationals. If you are not an American National, please contact Michelle Talbot and Katie Keller immediately to obtain a list of the additional requirements for this process. The start time and meeting point for the site visit will be provided to each interested party once the Intent to Attend Q-BOSS 2.0 Site Visit Form and required supporting documentation has been properly submitted, and a favorable background check has been received. Failure to submit the Intent to Attend Q-BOSS 2.0 Site Visit form and required supporting documentation will result in forfeiture of the right to attend this site visit. This site visit announcement neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This announcement should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
