- Bid Form Contractual SOW Schedule B Cover Sheet Solicitation Number: AG-32SC-S-16-0033 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Eastern Business Service Center (EBSC) is issuing Solicitation No.AG-32SC-S-16-0033 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-88 and is being conducted according to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310; small business size standard is $7.5 Million. Award of a fixed price service Contract is anticipated and shall be issued for a contract period starting approximately September 29, 2016. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded to the responsible party whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined a best value to the government. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS including Labor, equipment, materials, performance and acceptance: The USDA, ARS, MWA, National Center Animal Health, Ames, IA has a requirement/need for Solar Turbine Service Agreement. See attached information for complete specifications. Quoted Price MUST INCLUDE all Materials, Labor, Equipment, freight or shipping, as well as any applicable duties, brokerage, or customs fees. DELIVERY TO: USDA-ARS-NCAH, Ames, IA. REJECTION OF PROPOSAL: Failure to demonstrate compliance will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. ALL OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE System for Award Management (SAMS) DATABASE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN AWARD) DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: In order to be considered for award Offerors shall provide 1) a Quote on company letterhead detailing the item description, unit price per item, total price and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote; 2) at least 3 to 5 references. (Government references preferred but will accept commercial references). References shall include the email address of the person to be contacted; and 3) a completed copy of the provisions FAR 52.212.3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, with this offer; a copy of this provision may be obtained at http://www.acquisition.gov/comp/far/loadmainre.html.
