Description

Solicitation PDF Solicitation- Please use word document to submit quotation. Solicitation is attached. Requirement is for supplies for Hip Arthroscopy for Diagnostic, Labral and Capsule Closure- Suggested Manufacturer is Stryker Endoscopy Brand Name Justification is based on the following minimum requirements of the government. These requirements must be met in order to be considered equal. 1. The diagnostic supplies must have: a. A bridge adaptor that aligns to the government owned Stryker hip scope. b. Must have a polymer cannula that is compatible with government owned Stryker hip scope and bridge. c. Polymer cannula must have a 4mm working diameter to ensure capsule incision can be made. 2. The supplies for labral repair must: a. Be a 1.4 mm PEEK anchor b. PEEK Anchor must have straight and curved capabilities. c. Anchor must align to government owned Stryker guides 3. The supplies for Capsule Closure must: a. Have a 45 degree angle option to the right and left b. Be able to pass and retrieve suture using a single portal c. Have a needle tip of no more than 2mm to minimize potential damage to patient tissue. See attachments
