Description

Water Main Repairs, Lower St. Anthony Falls Work includes, but is not limited to: excavation, soil sampling, pipe cutting, video pipe inspection / reporting, pipe repair, granular backfill, cured-in-place pipe, and site preparation & restoration near the Lower St. Anthony Falls Lock & Dam. The magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of $15 million. This is considered construction by special trade contractors, per FAR 52.219-14 the contractor shall perform at least 25% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees.
