Description

The purpose of this amendment is to answer prospective quoter's questions. The Responses Due Date and Time does not change as a result of the amendment and remains 07/12/2016 1000 ET. The U.S. Dept. of Labor Wage Determination 2015-2249 Rev. 2 does not change. Ensure this amendment is acknowledged in accordance with Block 11 of attached Standard Form 30 as found on FedConnect. Question 1: If I wanted to provide a temporary panel board (electrical) would the Park's Electrician hook up the electricity? Answer 1: If a contractor wanted to provide for power in that way, they would be responsible for providing and paying for a licensed electrician to hook up the panel which would be inspected by the park prior to its use and operation. Question 2: Since there is no power on the exterior of the building, would a contractor be allowed to run an extension cord into the building after some of the ductwork was removed? Answer 2: As long as the connections were safe, protected and sealed in such a way that the contaminants from the crawl space, the contractor is allowed to utilize electrical connections inside the building on an as-is where-is basis.
