- Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract for lease services of a total of ten (10) buses(1 Micro Bus, 2 Mid size city buses, 2 Route buses, 4 City buses and 1 Tour bus) in Japan for the following locations: Yokosuka, Atsugi and Sasebo. The requirement is performance based Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definite-Quantity for a base period plus four (4) one-year option periods. Interested parties are encouraged to register at https://asia.neco.navy.mil/ prior to downloading the solicitation. If the solicitation is not posted at this website on or about 22 July 2016, you may request email notification of the date it is uploaded. Send your request by e-mail at akemi.morita.ja@fe.navy.mil.
