- Amendment 01 - 3 pages This project consists of widening an existing road bed to 22 feet, paving the new roadway 20 feet wide with a compacted thickness of 2.5 inches and providing one foot compacted road base shoulders along a roadway for a 1.1 mile distance. Another section of.8 road shall be paved with a leveling course to fill in potholes and rutting and then paved for a total compacting thickness of 3 inches. The width of this paved roadway shall be 22 feet. One foot compacted road base shoulders shall be installed along this section of road. June 14, 2016 - Complete Solicitation package has been uploaded to the FBO Websiste. Package includes solicitation package, drawings and specifications. A site visit has been scheduled for July 7, 2016. Proposals must be mailed or hand delivered, e-mail or faxed offers will not be accepted. Proposals may be delivered to: Utah Acquisition Support Center 2222 West 2300 South Salt Lake City, UT 84119 AMENDMENT 01: This amendment to the solicitation provides information from the site visit held on July 7, 2016. Offerors are required to review this amendment and submit a signed copy with any proposal submitted.
