Description

SF-1449 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for sole source acquisition for requirements in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88, and additional information included with this notice. This announcement along with the attached SF 1449, constitutes the only solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A request for quotes (RFQ) is being requested and is included with this solicitation under HQ0727-16-T-0021. 2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 – Software Publishers. This is being solicited as a sole source acquisition. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Mangement System (SAM) at https://www. sam.gov/, in order to be considered for award. 3. FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. For the exact text and wording of clauses and provisions please see http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. 4. The solicitation closes on 15 July 2016 at 1330 (1:30 p.m.). Submissions are due via email to Jarrod Washington, washington@dmea.osd.mil. Respondents must include a signed copy of the solicitation as an attachment to their email.
