Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure Rockwell automation enclosures for SCD2450 being completed on CVN73 to include: 7.5 HP Drive; Part #QMPJ5001-0075X (Qty 2) and Stanchion/Lockbar Lube Flex IO panel, Part #QMHRD0043-A0 (Qty 1). It is intended to place a firm fixed price order with Rockwell Automation located at 1 Allen Bradley Drive in Mayfield Heights, Ohio 44124. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and does not constitute a solicitation. However, all quotes received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Delivery of the items is due 30 days after the date of action award.
