Description

VA786-16-R-0275 PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR PREFABRICATED GRAVELINER DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR WOODLAWN & BATH NATIONAL CEMETERIES RFP VA786-16-R-0275 - The Contractor shall furnish, deliver & install prefabricated concrete graveliners at the Bath National Cemetery, VA Medical Center, San Juan Avenue, Bath, NY 14810 and Woodlawn National Cemetery, 1825 Davis Street, Elmira, NY 14901. Concrete Graveliners shall be fabricated in strict accordance with Attachment - A (GSA Commercial Item Description A-A-30194: Type-I, Style-I, Liner, Grave, Concrete). The contractor shall be required to furnish approximately 25 graveliners annually. The period of performance is from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, with (4), one-year renewal options, if exercised. The setting & covering of concrete graveliners shall be accomplished by the contractor and coordinated / scheduled with the Director, Bath / Woodlawn National Cemeteries or designee. Contractor shall be notified of delivery requirements 24 hours in advance. Sizes and Estimated Quantities Annually: 0001Small Liner, Size 58" X 20" X 18", Box with Flat Lid.1Ea. 0002Medium Liner, Size 86" X 30" X 24", Box with Flat Lid.25Ea. 0003Oversized Liner, Size 90" X 32" X 26", Box with Flat Lid.1Ea. 0004Extra Large Liner, Size 92" X 36" X 28", Box with Flat Lid.1Ea. Project will be for a one base year plus four, one-year option periods, if exercised. This acquisition is for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 is applicable. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA786-16-R-0275 on remittances. An electronic solicitation will be available for download from www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about July 18, 2016. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., August 5, 2016. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
