Description

This announcement is to provide notice that the Department of Veteran Affairs, West Haven, CT intends to award sole source procurement to Cortech Solutions, Inc. for the procurement a complete Biosemi Active Two Base System with accessories, installation, training and maintenance. The award is based upon a valid Sole Source Justification and FAR 6.032-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Anticipated vendor for award and contract information is as follows: Cortech Solutions, Inc. 1409 Audubon Blvd., Unit B1, Wilmington, NC 28403 DUNS:826863354 This is a special notice only and is NOT a solicitation. However the government will consider responses submitted on or before 4:00 PM EDT July 14, 2016. Submit to Carl Langer, Contract Officer, carl.langer@va.gov. All communication, including questions, must be in by email. Any response must provide clear and concise documentation supporting an offerors' bona fide capability to provide this item. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive requirement is in the best interest of the government.
