Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No Solicitation is currently available. A.The intent of this project is to provide all supervision, labor, materials, and services required, but not necessarily limited to: 1.Construct a perimeter sidewalk along Muir Road on the site indicated by the contract drawings. 2.Add Alternate: Install a perimeter fence along the walkway as shown on the contract drawings. 3.Add Alternate: Install IP addressable cameras. The cameras can be connected to the switch in Bldg. 24 or Bldg. 4.Add Alternate: Install Key Card System at the fence gate. 5.Coordinate with the City and County agencies when required by the work on the contract documents. In general, all work on or close to the property line shall need the coordination with the City of Martinez. 6.Follow the Rules of the Station. B.The Key Card and the Camera systems are highly specialized and normally proprietary systems. The contract drawings show the intent. The bid shall include all necessary work install and leave an operational functional system integrated into the campus systems, including all necessary software, software programming and licenses. C.Local permits. The contractor shall be advised that the work is along the property line of the City of Martinez and that all encroachment, construction and other City, County and State fees for the project shall be covered by the contract. The contractor shall be responsible to contact all applicable entities and coordinate all additional requirements like, reviews and inspections of the City, County & State entities. This project is a set-aside of Service Disable Veteran Own Business.
