Please acknowledge and include in proposals due July 19th at 3:PM PST. 6.29.2016 The purpose of this web posting is to solicit offers for the subject project. Full project details are available for download from this website, including the Request for Offers (RFO)--which contains contract clauses and requirements for submitting an offer--the Technical Specification, and instructions for obtaining project Drawings. Then click on the resulting hyperlink. - Davis Bacon Act wage rates apply. - Estimated total value: Between $150,000 - $200,000. - The NAICS Codes for this project will be 238210. - There is no site visit scheduled. - OFFERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM local time on July 19, 2016. 5.25.2016: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to install a VASI/PAPI at Ambler Airport in Ambler, Alaska. This project will require the services of Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractor firm for the purpose of installing the VASI/PAPI in prepared ground (refer to Specs). The purpose of this Market Survey is to discover firms which consider themselves both qualified and interested in this project. A Statement of Work describing the project is attached. Any firm that considers themselves qualified and interested in this project is requested to reply to this Market Survey. In response please include at a minimum: Company Name, Address, Primary Contact, DUNS Number, business size declaration (i.e. Small Economically Disadvantaged Business 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business - fill out attached Business Declaration Form), and example reference(s) of similar work.
