- RFI The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Office of Professional Responsibility and Security Operations (OPRSO), Security & Emergency Programs Division (SEPD), Physical Security Programs Branch (PSPB), has a requirement for credentials, credential cases, medallions, badges, and services for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera and monitors. This Request for Information (RFI) as identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201 (c) (7) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, OR REQUEST FOR QUOTES. ATF is seeking technical literature/capability statements from all interested parties, including Small Businesses (SBs), Small Disadvantaged (SDB), 8(a), Woman-Owned SB (WOSB), Veteran-Owned SB (VOSB), Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned SB (SDVOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) businesses, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)/Minority Institutions (MIs), for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or SB subcontracting/partnering. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, or HUBZone set-aside based on responses. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED AT A LATER DATE, MOST LIKELY VIA THE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION'S (GSA's) eBUY SITE. IT IS THE POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR THE RELEASE OF ANY SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS. Please read the attachment for more details.
