- Qty 6 Antennas for 4 Different Mobile Wideband *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Qty 6 EA; Stewart Antennas needed to field 4 different mobile wideband threat emitter system in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to: Stewart Antenna Inc., 47 Norwell Ave, Scituate, Massachusetts due to unique capability as the only vendor able to these antennas already being used and will provide the proper form, fit, and function needed to easily be integrate into the systems to maintain compatibility as well. The RPM-PSI pedestals have antenna mounting surfaces which will be matched by the antenna to ensure mounting compatibility. The Beamwidth of the antenna units will be maximized while also achieving minimum gain requirements for different transmit bands. Any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N68936-16-T-0265 the Stewart Antenna may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of 6 Total antennas needed to field 4 different mobile wideband threat emitter systems without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
