- The Army Contracting Command- Warren Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Acquisition Center intends to exercise FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. Due to the option not being evaluated at the time of award, this option is being exercised under authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to MHM Innovations, Inc. 3975 University Dr. STE 310, Fairfax, VA. Performance will continue under the current contract (W911W4-13-F-0012). The requirement is provide a wide range of System Engineering and Technical Assistance Support (SETA) support activities, ranging from Cloud computing architecture for intelligence data analysis systems, integration of intelligence capabilities into the Intelligence Community (IC) architectures, information assurance, testing, and preparation of technical, administrative, and acquisition documentation. MHM is currently providing critical support to key projects such as Intelligence Support to Defensive Cyberspace Operations Intelligence Support (DCOIS) Operations at Theater Defensive Cyber Operations for U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Regional Cyber Centers in U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR), U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC), U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) and U.S. Army Central (ARCENT). MHM Innovations also provides subject matter experts (SMEs) to support the Cyber Tool Development efforts at Fort Meade and Fort Gordon and transition to incoming contractors. Without approval to extend the current contract with the required expertise, the G-7 will have a gap in service to support open source intelligence (OSINT), DCOIS, and other G-7 projects. This contract is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M). Performance concludes 31 July 2016. The period of performance (PoP) for the 6-month extension will be from 01 August 2016 to 31 January 2017. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for competitive proposals. The Government will not pay for any information received. Phone call responses will not be accepted.
