- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Public Address (PA) System for BSEE's Anchorage, Alaska office, in accordance with FAR Part 13, "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88. It is the Offeror ¿s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The associated North American industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a small business size standard of $15 Million. This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE and only qualified small business concerns may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation. Any quotation that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business will not be accepted for consideration. The complete solicitation package is included as an attachment to this notice.
