- ROOFING MATERIALS SOLICITATION The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05071600019, for the requirement of Roofing Materials. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) concerns. The NAICS code for this requirement is 332311, which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 500. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 13, 2016 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov.
