This sources sought is issued solely for market research and planning purposes. No pricing information is required or will be considered. SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION Telehealth uses information and telecommunication technologies to provide health care services in situations in which the patient and practitioner are separated by geographical distance. These telehealth technologies - Real-Time Telehealth, Home Telehealth and Store-and-Forward Telehealth enable VHA to target care and case management to improve access to care, improving the health of veterans. If your company provides telehealth technologies that can be used to facilitate access to care and improve the health of Veterans, consider attending an opportunity for up to ten vendors that support telehealth to set up and display their new innovative medical equipment on September 14, 2016 from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm at Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. In addition to the Wilkes-Barre staff, a facility telehealth coordinator from Altoona, Butler, Coatesville, Erie, Lebanon, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Wilmington, and the VISN 4 network directors office will be on hand to view products. We hope you will take this opportunity to demonstrate how your company's telehealth products can extend healthcare access, enhance patient care and enable collaboration among healthcare providers and professionals. SOURCES SOUGHT INSTRUCTIONS The information identified above is only a general description, not restrictive and only meant to indicate the Veteran Affairs requirement. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the services that fulfill the required specifications. If you are interested, please provide a capability statement requested information as well as the information indicated below. Response to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, and address the following questions: (1) System for Award Management Duns and Bradstreet number & Tax Id number (2) Specify if the company is a large business or type of small business (3) If your company has FSS GSA contract, please provide the contract number and (4) Your capabilities in regards to the items being sought out. Responses to this notice shall be submitted via email to Andrew.taylor3@va.gov by July 27th, 2016 by 4 pm. If a solicitation is issued it shall be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this sources sought. Responses to this sources sought notice are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
