- This requirement was authorized by purchase request 64150541 for supply with AMC/AMSC of 3D. Approved source Approved source Aerospace Filtration System INC CAGE (0GCA0), P/N: 107140-101. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-2270, was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-530-2835, item: Actuator, Electro-ME, A used on the CH-60 helicopter, for a quantity of 34 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists. This is not a critical application item. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT), Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination. First Destination Transportation applies. The Delivery Objective is 60 days for the Contractor First Article Completed, 90 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contractor. The delivery of Production Quantity is 294 days. The requested total delivery would be 444 days. The Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition.
