The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking to acquire services for the collection, removal, and disposal of sharps and regulated medical waste. This service is to be conducted at various location throughout Indianapolis, IN. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract for a base year and four (4) one (1) year options for a total of five years of service. A formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) VA251-16-Q-0226 is to follow. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be May 23, 2016 with a due date of June 20, 2016. These dates are subject to change. Interested Offerors must refer to the final released RFQ on Federal Business Opportunities for due dates, times, and submission requirements.
