- Special Notice REFERENCE NUMBER: W912DW-16-R-OMEX for "Bunker Hill Central Treatment Plant Operations and Maintenance" LOCATION: Kellogg, Idaho NAICS Code: 562211 - Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal This is a NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE INTENT. The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District, intends to negotiate the extension of an existing contract (reference contract number W912DW-13-C-0026) on a non-competitive basis with FERGUSON CONTRACTING, INC, located at 901 N DIVISION ST, PINEHURST ID 83850, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. The referenced contract has been issued for the operation and maintenance services of the Bunker Hill Mine Central Treatment Plant, and associated systems and appurtenances, in Kellogg, Idaho, as mandated under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). The extension will be for five (5) months, from 11 August 2016 thru 10 February 2017, plus three (3) 1-month options, for the continuation of critical services, pending the award of a follow on contract. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 562211 with a standard size of $38.5 million dollars. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 11:00 AM, Pacific Time, Monday, 25 July 2016.
