- This is not a solicitation/request for proposal. The solicitation/request for proposal will be forth coming. When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6140 -015223596. An Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract with a base period of three years and two 1 year options is anticipated. The total duration, based plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as "Unrestricted." using FAR Part 13.5 Procedures.
