- Statement of Work Pre-Proposal letter Solicitation document The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, services, transportation, shipping and handling, training and maintenance, and warranty services for the country wide Land Mobile Radio Project (LMR) in Lebanon. This solicitation describes the TETRA subscriber radio terminals INL seeks to purchase and transfer to the Lebanese Internal Security Force (LISF). The terminals will be part of Lebanon’s newly acquired TETRA Network. The contractor shall be responsible for integrating the new equipment into the current system and shall ensure that the existing equipment is fully operational and tested as part of the field/site acceptance testing and commissioning process.
