- Draft PC-16-R-007 Draft PC-16-R-007_Q&A's Attachment J.3 - Peace Corps Standard Form 127C Attachment J.2 - Panel Providers Attachment J.10 - Contract Data Requirements List Attachment J.1 - Peace Corps Personnel Security Program Attachment J.4 - Peace Corps I Security Policies Attachment J.5 - Government Transition Team Attachment J.9 - AfterCorps Coverage Attachment J.8 - Preferred Air Ambulance Destinations Attachment J.7 - Authorized Air Ambulance Callers Attachment J.6 - Plan 1 Cost-Reimbursement Fee Schedule The Peace Corps, Office of Acquisition and Contract Management (OACM), on behalf of the Office of Health Services (OHS), is releasing a DRAFT solicitation without Sections K, L and M for health care benefits and services for Peace Corps Volunteers (PCVs) and Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs), short term gap insurance for RPCVs, and administration of cost-sharing financial assistance for eligible Peace Corps invitees. OACM is requesting industry comment, questions, and feedback before the formal solicitation is released. Specifically, industry input concerning healthcare best practices, industry standards, and incentives and disincentives to encourage the delivery of high quality health care customer service, claims processing, and reduction on Provider medical cost, within the applicable statutory and regulatory limitations. Offerors are to provide questions and/or comments using the format in the attached Microsoft Excel spreadsheet titled "Draft PC-16-R-007_Q&A's", no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 22, 2016. Questions and/or comments must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at struehartmckinney@peacecorps.gov with the subject line "Draft PC-16-R-007_Q&A's" to ensure receipt and consideration. Please note this is only a draft, and elements of the solicitation may not be included or may be incomplete. Therefore, the actual solicitation, when released, may differ from this document. OACM anticipates releasing the formal solicitation under full and open competition on or about September/October 2016 via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. The period of performance is expected to be for one base year with four option years. It is anticipated that industry will have 30 days to respond. Source selection will be conducted in accordance with FAR 15 at Peace Corps Headquarters, 1111 20th Street, NW. Washington, District of Columbia. Please note that proposals are not being solicited at this time. At this time the Peace Corps is providing a pre-solicitation notice, and soliciting comments and feedback on the draft solicitation. This notice is not a contract, request for proposal, or commitment of any kind. Although it is the Peace Corps intention to issue a formal solicitation, this notice shall not be construed as a commitment to issue a solicitation nor does it restrict the Peace Corps to a particular acquisition approach. Any future information on this acquisition will be posted on FedBizOpps website located at http://www.fbo.gov.
