- --------------AMENDMENT 0001------------------- UPDATED POC INFORMATION FOR LTAMDS RFI: All responses must be e-mailed to the following: gherin.fracasso.civ@mail.mil gregory.l.smith247.civ@mail.mil Michael.a.mannarino10.civ@mail.mil UPDATED LTAMDS RFI TIMELINE: E-mail list of Attendees for Industry Day (Max 3 per company): 15 July 2016 Mail questions about RFI classified document: 20 July 2016 Industry Day: 26 July 2016 RFI Response (20 page max): 2 August 2016 QUESTION FOR ONE-ON-ONE GOV/CONTRACTOR MEETINGS: Please be prepared the following: There will be an expectation for a demonstrated evaluation of the technical maturity of your solution proposed 30-60 days after RFP release. How would you propose the validation of the maturity of your technology? QUESTIONS/ANSWERS FROM RFI: Question 1: [Contractor] plans to include 11"x17" graphics within our white paper submission in response to the Subject RFI, please confirm 11"x17" graphic pages will be counted as one page against the 20 page count limit. Answer 1: Yes, the graphic will count against the page limit. Question 2: Can the classified document can be sent via the SIPR accounts provided in our letter? Upon receipt of the classified document, can we send any classified questions via SIPR or will we have to send via mail? Answer 2: CLASSIFIED questions/information to be sent to the CLASSIFIED address (via USPS/FedEx) stated in the RFI. Question 3: Is there a limit as to how many attendees you can have from each company? Answer 3: Yes. Up to 3 people from each company may attend. Question 4: Will there be an opportunity to provide a technical capabilities briefing to the engineering or program staff as part of this meeting? Answer 4: Only those companies who have requested and received the classified RFI document will have an opportunity to discuss technical capabilities and solutions to the technical requirements during the one-on-one breakout sessions. Question 5: Is this considered a "Classified" briefing: Answer 5: The initial "LTPO Overview" is an unclassified briefing which is open to all those who requested admission to the industry day. The "LTAMDS Requirements Deep Dive" and "One-on-One" meetings will be classified due to the nature of the technical discussions.
