Description
SLAC Reps and Certs M365 Terms and Conditions "SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions." SLAC needs to procure an Acoustic Optic Programmable Dispersive Filter (AOPDF) for amplitude and phase pulse shaping. It should insert directly in-line into a laser system without modification. It should use a 25mm long, high resolution band-cut TeO2 crystal, driven by an RF arbitrary signal generator unit that can be programmed through a software pre-installed on a laptop. The wavelength tuning range should be form 680 nm to 920 nm (instantaneous bandwidth of up to 240 nm). The spectral resolution should be 0.3 nm @ 800 nm. The intensity control dynamic range should be more than 45 dB. The maximum programmable delay should be 8 ps @ 800 nm. Acoustic waveform refreshing time should better that 3 ms. Diffraction efficiency at 120 Hz should be at least 50% over a bandwidth of 50 nm. Optical jitter less than 10 fs. Installation performed by SLAC laser personal. Provide a price and lead time quotation with signed Representations and Certifications no later than July 28, 2016. Source selection will be based on lowest price technically acceptable method and delivery must not be later than September 30,2016. Payment terms: N-30 Freight terms: FOB Destination The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerato Laboratory Terms & Conditions for Commercial Supplies and Services under $100,000 M365 (Rev 17Feb2015) will be made a part of the resulting order.
