Description
RFQ NMFS AKR-16-0714 to provide to provide professional facilitator services for Harbor Seal Approach Guidelines Working Group per the attached statement of work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide professional facilitator services for Harbor Seal Approach Guidelines Working Group per the attached statement of work (SOW) in the request for quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-16-0714 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541618 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NMFS (National Marine Fisheries Service) Alaska Region seeks professional facilitation services to prepare, convene, and facilitate up to two in-person Working Group meetings to provide a collaborative forum to share information, viewpoints, and concerns regarding current harbor seal voluntary approach guidelines. Contractor shall provide all services required for planning, convening, and facilitating these meetings in Juneau, Alaska, as well as on-going consultation and strategic planning to support NMFS. The first meeting is anticipated to require 1-2 consecutive days; follow-up meetings may also be 1-2 days in duration. NMFS expects that the size of the Working Group will not exceed 25 people. Contract is for a base period (up to two Working Group meetings) and one option period (up to two Working Group meetings) per the Project Deliverables. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
