Description

This is a presolicitation notice for the following construction requirement, which is intended to be solicited through full and open competition: Project CSC-16746 - Replace Fire Suppression Sprinklers in Buildings 9 and 10 at the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, delivery, disposal and supervision required to perform all operations associated with this effort. NAICS Code: 238220 PSC: Z2GZ Material Code: V00010984 Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Period of Performance: 120 days after Notice to Proceed (negotiable) Unit of Issue: JOB CLIN(s): 0001 and 0002 Acquisition Authority: FAR Parts 15 and 36 Source Selection Procedures: LPTA Non-Price Evaluation Factors: (1) Technical Construction Capability, (2) Technical Qualifications of Proposed Staffing, and (3) Past Performance Acceptability Notes: 1. Buildings 9 and 10 are primarily warehouse facilities with some office space. 2. Any solicitation resulting from this notice will be available through FBO. 3. A site visit will be offered to parties interested in submitting a proposal for this effort. The details of this visit will be included in the formal solicitation.
