- Attachment 4 - Wage Determination - Arizona Attachment 3 - Terms & Conditions Attachment 2 - Statement of Work Attachment 1 - Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG38-16-Q-200198 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88 effective 15 June 2016. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $32.5 million in annual receipts. This is an unrestricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price Purchase Order shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Able Engineering & Component Services, Inc (CAGE: 1QCB8) as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The United States Coast Guard, Aviation Logistics Center, requires various repairs for Main Gearbox and Main Rotor Head components for the MH-65 aircraft. The following attachments provided contain the requirements for this solicitation: Attachment 1: Schedule, Attachment 2: Statement of Work, and Attachment 3: Terms and Conditions.
